Simon’s baritone sax carries the bottom end of the horn section, perhaps the most distinctive part of the Lighthouse sound. A regular on the Toronto music scene, he has also toured with a range of stars from Mel Torme to The Temptations and is a featured band member on Canadian Idol.

Steve’s soulful sound on tenor sax has made him a legendary soloist in such groups as Motherlode, Blood, Sweat and Tears, and Dr. Music. He first performed with Lighthouse in 1982 at the One Fine Weekend Ontario Place reunion. An award-winning songwriter, he is best known for the hit When I Die.
